| After you have the front part of the mouth made or cut out, you will need to fabricate some sides for the mouth or jaw piece. These can be made of plastic sheet stock (like Plexiglas; check your local yellow pages or the internet for plastic suppliers) that is about 1/16" to 1/8" thick. It can also be made out of wood. You can find some nice thin high quality plywood pieces at many craft stores. Cut pieces to fit as illustrated and glue to the front part of the mouth with the thick style super glue or two part epoxy from the hardware store. |
