International orders will often incur duties and/or brokerage charges on goods purchased from the U.S. The duties are levied by your destination country and in some cases may be substantial. We cannot tell you in advance what these charges may be.

| Return Policy
You can buy from Puppets and Props with confidence. Every order for cast parts is guaranteed to meet customer satisfaction. You can return it to us unused WITHIN 2 WEEKS for full refund of your purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Stock finished figure or custom figure items void the return policy because they cannot be restocked. No returns on books.
We cannot guarantee that items purchased or finished figure that is ordered will arrive in time for a deadline, and we expressly limit our liability to the return policy above. No other warranty is made or implied by Puppets and Props.
