| Return Policy
You can buy from Puppets and Props with confidence. Every order is guaranteed to meet customer satisfaction. You can return it to us unused WITHIN 2 WEEKS for full refund of your purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Custom figures or other custom items void the return policy because they cannot be restocked.
We cannot guarantee that items purchased or finished figure that is ordered will arrive in time for a deadline, and we expressly limit our liability to the return policy above. No other warranty is made or implied by Puppets and Props.
