Cast Urethane Puppet Head and Eyes

Left Photo: Cast urethane puppet head. Urethane was cast in RTV silicone molds.

Middle Photo: Cast urethane eyeball. Also cast in RTV silicone mold, but is pressure cast to eliminate bubbles.

Right Photo: The iris is made from clear urethane. The white part of the eyeball is also clear urethane resin, but is tinted white.
 

Left Photo: Cast urethane puppet head with 'Semi-Realistic' eyes installed.

Right Photo: My latest eyeball process (same as eyes in photo on left). All parts of these 'Semi-Realistic' eyeballs are made from highly UV stable clear resin. Purposely made 'semi-real' as realistic glass eyes tend to look too real and can be creepy!
