General Safety Information
 

    It is up to you the reader of this infomational web site to obtain and read all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for each material or chemical compound that you purchase and strictly follow all of the safety recommendations and precautions therein as outlined by the manufacturer. Failure to do so can be detrimental to your health. Use of impermeable gloves and aprons, safety goggles/faceshield, as well as a respirator with organic or other filters recommended in the MSDS literature, are vital. It is up to you, the reader, to become fully aware of all the potential hazards associated with the particular material you are working with and to heed the recommended safety precautions given for said material.

    Some proceedures and processes require basic shop skills. Teaching those basic shop skills is beyond the scope of these articles. If you feel that any of the proceedures are beyond your current capabilities, you are strongly urged to seek out appropriate guidance and assistance from those qualified to give it.
